Established in 2018 and located in Arkansas, Global Project Services (GPS) has working relationships with clients located throughout the United States, Canada and the Caribbean.
To date GPS has successfully managed multi-million-dollar projects by having provided our clients with the essential personnel needed for support and turnkey operations.
Our resource crafts include, but not limited to the following:
Project Managers, Mechanical and Piping Planners and Coordinators, Instrumentation & Electrical Planners and Coordinators, Schedulers, Logistics Coordinators, QA/QC Coordinators and Document Control Personnel.

Turnaround Scheduling
Contact usGPS build fully intergrated schedules to include maintenance, turnaround, and any project(s) scope during the event. Turnaround Scheduling uses the latest version of P6 software, CPM Methodology, and Priority-Driven Schedules by System. We provide junior - senior schedulers onsite or remotely.

Turnaround Planning
Contact usGPS has developed processes and procedures for paperless turnarounds with clients. Our team cam plan in Excel, Maximo, SAP Systems, and client-owned systems. Our planners switch to coordinator positions during the event to minimize the cost versus two seperate roles.

Coordinators
Contact usGPS provides senior level coordinators for our clients. We provide Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation, and QC Coordinators. Our planning Coordinators lead the awarded contractor's field personnel based on the priorities from the schedule.
